Standard Delivery

Premium Delivery
Upgrade your shipping from Standard to Premium for an additional $7. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST for in-stock merchandise are processed the following business day.

Same-Day Delivery
Orders must be placed by 1pm local time, Monday-Saturday, or by 11am on Sundays. Orders placed after the cutoff time will arrive the next day. We'll send an email so you can schedule your delivery.

Beauty Items with Restrictions on Air Shipping
Restricted items include aerosols, pressurized spray cans and alcohol-based products (hairspray, nail polish, nail polish remover, shaving cream, etc.). Due to air transport restrictions and regulations, these items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Standard Ground Shipping only. These restricted items are not eligible for Premium or Overnight Shipping.
Please Note: We are unable to provide expedited shipping to P.O. Boxes, Military Addresses and U.S. Territories.
What is the delivery timeframe for an international order?
Most in-stock items generally arrive within 8 -19 business days after your order is submitted. ("Business days" are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout.
Please note: although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed
Can I ship to an address outside the United States?
Yes. We ship internationally to over 100 countries and territories through our shipping partner Borderfree (formerly FiftyOne).
- International shoppers have the benefit of:
- Seeing product prices in their local currency.
- Guaranteed order totals provided by Borderfree at the current exchange rate.
- Cost-effective international shipping.
- For a list of countries that we ship to, shopping currencies and more, please visit our international shopping page.
- Please note that we do not currently offer gift cards to international customers. In addition, gift cards cannot be redeemed for orders shipping internationally. Due to shipping regulations, the following product categories sold on the bloomingdales.com U.S. site are not available on the international sites:
- Electronics
- Beauty & fragrances
- If there are any additional items that cannot be shipped internationally, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process
Can I ship to a military address?
Yes, Fashionbarnshop.com offers U.S. Priority Mail service to APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Due to military handling times, we cannot estimate arrival times for APO/FPO addresses.
Here is the proper way to enter a military address:
- Enter APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) in the city field.
- In the state field:
- Use “AE” for mail going to Europe, the Middle East, Africa or portions of Canada.
- Use “AP” for the Pacific.
- Use “AA” for the Americas and portions of Canada.
- Enter the ZIP Code.

Why was my order delayed or cancelled?
Your order may be delayed or cancelled if:
- The address and telephone number you provided for your credit card account does not match what your bank has on file.
- You are shipping your order to an address other than your billing address.
- Your order items is out off stock.
If either of these conditions applies to your order, you may be contacted by Fashionbarnshop.com's Customer Service for additional verification. If they are unable to reach you, your order may be cancelled.
What is the shipping policy?
The shipping policy has been divided into three categories for your easy reference.
1. General Shipping Information
In-stock merchandise
Is usually processed and shipped within 2 business days if you choose Standard shipping. Orders placed with Premium or Express shipping before 5pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
Backorders
If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout or by a follow-up email.
Multiple shipments
The merchandise you order may be filled from several locations and so items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances. Your original shipping charge will simply be split across the multiple packages when your order is charged.
You will be charged for each shipment separately when it ships. The total charges for all the shipments will equal to the total for the entire order.
Jewelry
Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address.
Shipping to multiple addresses
If you choose to ship to multiple addresses we will add $5 for each additional address. Orders including only gift cards are not charged the additional fee.
Carriers
Fashionbarnshop's uses 3 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:
- FedEx
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
Please note: We use U.S. Postal Service for P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses.

How can I track my package that was transferred to USPS?
It's easy! If you see that your shipment has been transferred to your local Post Office for delivery, follow these simple steps to track your package:
Transferred by UPS
1. Copy your Tracking Number from your confirmation email.
2. Visit the USPS tracking page.
3. Enter the Tracking Number into the search box.
4. After inputting your Tracking Number, click "Track."
5. The USPS tracking site will provide the latest status for your package and/or delivery confirmation.
