Dr. Sasha Galbraith is a partner in Galbraith Management Consultants, Ltd. Her specialty area of interest involves women-designed, -created, and –managed businesses. The objective of her research is to determine how women-designed businesses differ from male-designed organizations in structure, business processes, human resource practices, and culture. She also studies executive women in multinational settings and how they progress up the corporate hierarchy.

Her research is well received by both genders in organizations who wish to retain their top producers and attract new talent. Recent studies show that women are leaving the traditional workforce to start their own businesses at a rate of 3 to 4 times that of their male counterparts.
